It works with airplane mode on

Because nothing is fetched, nothing has to be reachable. Open the Insights hub at 30,000 feet, on the metro, in a dead spot — it’s all there. Offline was never a mode we degrade into; it’s the only mode the app has.

The same input always gives the same answer

On-device doesn’t just mean private — it means deterministic. The insights are rule-based, so an insight you saw yesterday will reproduce today, and you can follow the reasoning that produced it. An insight you can’t reproduce isn’t an insight; it’s a horoscope.

Your numbers never become someone’s training data

There is no API call, no cloud model, and no prompt containing your money leaving the device. We can’t lose what we never receive. That’s not a policy we promise to keep — it’s an architecture that can’t do otherwise.
